Product Application

Introduction：

Line IV is linear structure composed by feeding rack, leveling beading, hydraulic punch sharp and square opening, hydraulic shears, displacement type joint angle lock forming machine, feeding platform to position the manipulator, double linkage flange machine (or optional single bone angle iron flange) full automatic computer control system. Blunt notch and punch square, shear plate adopts full hydraulic pressure system.

Features：

1. Line IV is a cost-effective equipment wind pipe, covers and area of relatively small.
2. To buy a hydraulic bending machine additional will be very suitable for TDF flange, TDC plug-in flanges, flange angle iron production.
3. The maximum feed speed is 16m/min, the length tolerance is +-0.5mm.
4. The computer control system adopts closed-loop feedback to guarantee stable precision.

Main Features

1. Sizing material can be directly with the computer with the use of plasma cutting ingenuity.
2. a. C or S plug-in bone shear angle can be used with the C bone and S bone reel machines.
3. b. Various TDF flange connection method to locate the shear angle, and TDF flange machine, folding machine with the used of TDF.
